v a n t e r r e - 600g in a 1.25-liter can of ultra-fine premium zeolite with a top cut of approx. 10 µm and double thermal activation. Such “narrow range” grinding is only possible with a classifier in the jet mill (spiral jet mill), and the entire grinding process must be monitored very closely. We asked our specialists in Austria to handle this, and the results are impressive: 90% are 7 µm or smaller, and 98% are 9.11 µm or smaller. Particles that float exclusively in water, almost without any perceptible substance.
Micronized Premium Natural Zeolite - Clinoptilolite HF ø 3 µm - 1400 g - 3 liters. Clinoptilolite content > 90%. Our zeolite is mined in the Carpathian Mountains in Romania, followed by the first major thermal activation at approx. 360°C and pre-grinding in a ring roller mill to approx. 200–300 µm. It is then shipped to Austria to our Jetmill specialists. They are the manufacturers of these mills and therefore have the deepest insight into the grinding processes. The Jetmill process is a further development of Dr. Tihomir Lelas’s idea of grinding and activating zeolite in mills without grinding media. He “shot” the particles at each other using two very large nozzles, with a rotating steel disc equipped with diamond chips also in play. But that was truly “brutal.” We prefer to micronize and activate our zeolite much more gently and at high temperatures in a spiral jet mill, a further development of tribomechanical activation. At 300 km/h and approx. 200° Celsius, the zeolite is ground in the air stream through particle-particle collisions to a size of 3 µm (microns) and highly activated in the process. This level of activation cannot be achieved with any other grinding method. The zeolite particles “rub” against each other in the air stream at approx. 300 km/h until they reach the desired size. It is therefore also referred to as a “particle-free process” and is the gentlest zeolite micronization technique. Our zeolite contains no nanoparticles. All packaged in a 100% reusable, BPA-free can.

From a legal standpoint in the European Union, clinoptilolite zeolite is not a remedy, a pharmaceutical excipient, a medicinal product, a dietary supplement, a medical preparation, or a foodstuff. It is listed in the FiBL Organic Inputs List 2011 and holds EU approval as an animal feed additive (1g568). Zeolite has received a GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). However, this is not relevant for the EU.
