Zeolite air-flow micronization

v a n t e r r e - highly refined micronized vanterre natural zeolite - Clinoptilolite HF Ø 6μm. Clinoptilolite content approx. 95%. Our zeolite is mined in the Carpathian belt according to the specifications of our Austrian suppliers, first ground in Austria in a roller bowl mill / hammer mill to about 125 μm (micron). It is then micronized to Ø 6μm (micron) in the jet mill process (spiral jet mill, further development of tribomechanical activation) by the mill manufacturer and a specialized service provider in the air stream through particle / particle collision, while being highly activated. This activation cannot be achieved with any other comminution process. The zeolite particles "rub" against each other at approximately 300 km/h in the airflow until they reach the appropriate size. It is therefore also referred to as a "grinding-body-free process" and is considered the gentlest zeolite micronization technique. Our zeolite does not contain nanoparticles. All in the 100% reusable BPA-free can.

Clinoptilolite zeolite is legally not considered a remedy, pharmaceutical auxiliary substance, drug, dietary supplement, medical preparation, or food in the European Union. It is listed in the FiBL inputs list (Organic Inputs) 2011 and has EU approval as feed additive 1g568. Zeolite has received a Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) evaluation from the FDA US Food and Drug Administration. However, this is not relevant for the EU.
