Very sensitive people, such as those with very low energy levels or CFS, should approach the card with caution at first to see whether the energy difference between their own body field and the Energy Card is so high that they feel ‘over-energised’ when they touch it. This can manifest itself as a strong tingling sensation and, in some cases, last for a while. The body notices the energy immediately and wants to integrate it instantly, but this can seem too sudden, too fast and too strong for the user. This is entirely possible when there are large differences in energy levels. In this case, I recommend approaching the Energy Card gradually in order to adjust the different energy levels to your own state of mind little by little. You do not need to hold the card in your hand to do this; it has a round, spherical effective diameter of approx. 120-180 cm, beyond which it becomes weaker.

Water is not just H2O

Water – the most common substance on Earth. As a physical substance, water defies almost 70 physical laws; for example, it does not contract when cold (frozen), but expands. It occurs in all three states on Earth: liquid, frozen and gaseous. Where does the force come from that allows a spring to rise to the surface from a depth of several hundred metres? How can water rise in trees 50 metres high to the highest branches? Science does not know. Everything organic consists to a considerable extent of water. We ourselves, from a molecular point of view, are over 90% water. We can see how much our bodies need water, for example, in the fact that we absorb up to 1.5 litres through our skin when showering or bathing. However, for millions of years, nature has been attuned to a very different kind of water than the H2O we call water today. Water wants to meander, flow around stones and minerals, and absorb information from its immediate surroundings. And it is precisely this substance that is contaminated by humans, confined, forced through pipes and constantly bombarded with electromagnetic waves, without anyone perhaps realising that it is precisely this medium, which absorbs, stores and retains information, that also allows this information to enter our bodies, our brains and our food. Our brains consist almost entirely of water, so how can positive information enter us when our main substance is more or less filled with negative, life-threatening information? Viewing water solely as a chemical substance leads us to forget that behind it lies a principle, the origin of all life on this planet. To this day, it has not been explained how water in the capillaries of a seedling can build up a pressure of approx. 400 bar, enabling it to penetrate asphalt. It is not only thanks to the research of Dr Masuro Emoto that we now know that water stores information immediately. Water has a memory. This information is transmitted to humans, animals and plants when they drink the water. Unfortunately, it is no longer the right information. Water cannot defend itself. But we can. Water forcibly absorbs this information until it is replaced by new, natural information. And that is what we should do. Water clusters function like a nervous system, and our bodies need highly structured water, as they have been receiving for thousands of years. This structured, coherent water is the basis of life for our cells and our extracellular matrix, the connective tissue. If the water structures in the body are no longer coherent, mitochondrial damage occurs, which is often referred to as the actual cause of all physical impairments and diseases. If the mitochondria, the ‘power plants of the cell’, are healthy, so is the cell. If the cells are healthy, so is the person.

There are many terms for living water: coherent, hexagonal, structured, harmonised, informed, ordered and, last but not least, energised. All of these terms describe the special arrangement and power of water molecules, which has been well documented, for example, by Kirlian photography, Emoto's water crystals, and the photographs of dried drops by Prof. Dr. Ing. Bernd Kröplin, Professor of Aerospace Engineering at the University of Stuttgart, in the film Die Welt im Tropfen (The World in a Drop).

What is interesting, however, is how much better the water tastes; it is much softer, does not cause limescale and, most importantly, the body immediately notices when it is given water of this quality, wants more of it and works with it instantly, wanting to get rid of its unstructured, thick cluster water and replace it with coherent, structured water. The body is very intelligent and knows best how to help and heal itself.

Not only does it taste good, but you will also feel significantly better and your body will want more of it. Due to its molecularly stable (coherent) degree of order, this water has the ability to optimally support the body in its regeneration. It has a very high energy state and provides vitality throughout the body. Its fine molecular cluster structure ensures rapid hydration of the cells, so that all metabolic processes run more dynamically.

Always keep the Energy Card in its sleeve. Place it under a bottle or even a six-pack of water, in the refrigerator, pantry, or even wine, which will become noticeably more lively. All foods that contain water are structured in a highly orderly manner. When worn on the body, the energy contained in the card not only informs, structures and coherently aligns the body's own water molecules, it also radiates a positive force onto the body, positively influencing the meridian system and modulating EMF. Its effectiveness is theoretically unlimited, as its submolecular structure is altered in such a way that it permanently accumulates ‘free space energy’ from the quantum field. Specially introduced coherent information creates a permanently oscillating field that is immediately transferred to the water molecules, among other things.
