Wide range zeolites
We offer our Wide Range Natural Zeolites in three different micronization levels and three different can sizes. You can also tell by the weight how fine the respective grinding is. All Wide Range Zeolites contain approximately 80-90 μm as the top cut (largest occurring particles) with a proportion of 1-2%. They are nanoparticle-free like all our minerals.
The zeolite originates from the Carpathian belt and is micronized with a broader grain size distribution at 150-170°C in a ring roller mill (Friction Milling). Grinding bodies are used in this process to micronize the zeolite through rolling movements. The zeolite partially comes into contact with the grinding bodies, but for the most part, it crushes under pressure against the other zeolite particles at a temperature of 150-170°C. Although this is not quite as elegant (and also not as costly) as micronization in an air stream, a very good zeolite with very high adsorption capacities is produced. Pure nature. Due to thermal activation and hot milling, it is very active and has a very large cation exchange capacity. We offer it in various grain sizes from ø WR 3 μm - ø WR 6 μm and ø WR 12 μm with precise grinding profiles, so that everyone can choose the best for their particular purpose. Naturally, like all our zeolites, it is tested for pollutants and all results are documented in the data sheet.
The WR ø 3 μm zeolite has also undergone a second thermal activation and therefore has an enormous cation exchange capacity of 237.5 meq/100g (2.375 mol/kg).
Zeolites like the WR ø 12 μm are not only excellent for all types of animals but also as a mineral bioregulator for gardening, soil optimization, sustainable plant growth, as well as in ponds and aquariums. They act as ion exchangers, attracting pollutants such as heavy metals, light metals, pesticides, ammonia, and radionuclides, and releasing vital substances such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium for biological metabolic processes. Microorganisms settle directly on the outer and inner surface of the zeolite in countless micropores, forming a dense bacterial film in and around the zeolite grains. The immense inner and outer surface promotes the work of bacteria and thereby the metabolic process. This significantly enhances natural plant growth and the energy and vigor of the plant. Faster, stronger growth, better quality, and higher yield of fruits.
All WR zeolites can also be mixed with water and used for spraying as a natural insecticide with the appropriate nozzle size (max. 1-2 mm). They are 100% natural and also environmentally friendly and approved for organic farming. When washed off the plants by rain or irrigation, the zeolite continues to act in the soil as a bioregulator as described above.
Due to its water adsorption and desorption ability, it neutralizes the moist microclimate favorable for pests. It stores water on the leaves at night and releases it during the daytime heat. This maintains constant moisture, which is insufficient for breeding insects.
Various positive observations have also been made in animal husbandry, such as chickens laying larger eggs with firmer shells. The animals are more balanced and vital, apparently feeling better. Zeolite improves the nutrient utilization of the animals and stabilizes digestion. Due to its enormous ion exchange capacity, it binds, among other things, toxins such as ammonia, nitrites, and, not least, mycotoxins, which sometimes occur in feed. Additionally, it simply dries out pests in the feed and "mummifies" them, so to speak.
